Service Conditions

All services above are quoted on a per hour basis with each plan subject to a minimum number of hours charged for access to our faculty or subject matter experts as requested to provide specific project assistance.

If the assistance or services provided by our personnel do not satisfy those tasks or information requested by our member, then the stated cost of the selected plan, project, or session shall be refunded to the member as a credit to their account. Such credits can be applied towards other plan activities (tasks) as may be agreed to by our personnel.

For plans to be accepted by our personnel, the member must establish specific service requests where such requests have been agreed to and accepted by our personnel as mutually agreed upon tasks.
